Training and Facilitator Certification Program

The training consists of four modules:

Part. 1 Breakthrough Decision Making four 3,5 hour training focusing on principles of effective group decision making.

Part. 2 One year access to our online vide course. 20+ videos with key concepts and all major facilitation tools.

Part. 3 Facilitate five or more workshops Practice and facilitate five workshops. Use chat to ask direct question from our facilitator.

Part. 4 Facilitator certification event. An interactive learning event. Participants plan and execute their workshops and receive feedback from both the other participant and the trainers. In the very end, if the participants meet the certification criteria, they receive a certificate of facilitation competence - a proof that the participants can plan and facilitate a workshop.

Trainer/Facilitator

Pepe Nummi is the founder of Grape People, a Finnish training company specializing in facilitation. Pepe has worked as a facilitator since 1998 and served as the inaugural chairman of the Finnish Association of Facilitators. Pepe is the developer of the Idealogue method and is the author of The Handbook on Facilitation, The Handbook of Virtual Facilitation, and Beyond Brainstorming Idealogue. Over the course of his long career, he has trained over 15,000 people in more than 20 different countries.
