Please, send us your feedback with a detailed explanation on why the training did not please you at [email protected]. We offer you professional facilitation training; it is up to you to implement the skills and tools you've learned.
Open training events can be paid for in advance through our web shop or by invoice afterwards. After training, we will send the invoice with a 14-day payment period from the date of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Value added tax of 24% is added to all training events. If you need more payment time or a payment plan, please contact [email protected] and we will agree on it. We want to be flexible when serving you.
Terms of cancellation and change
Cancellation: Registration to open training can be cancelled without charge 14 days prior to the training event. Cancellations must be made by email at [email protected]. In that case there will be no charge. Transfer Your registration can be transferred without charge to another event date 14 days prior to the beginning of the training. You must notify about the transfer by email at [email protected]. If the transfer takes place less than 14 days before the training event, we will charge 50% of the participation fee to cover organisation and catering costs.
Trust and safety of customers is of utmost importance to us. If you fall ill and are prevented from participating in the training at short notice, let us know as soon as possible, and we can agree to postpone your participation to another event date. We are flexible and want to offer the best possible solution to you.
Changes on the part of the organising party
We reserve the right to make any changes (for example, to the program, content and trainer). If the training event must be cancelled completely, we will notify the participants by e-mail no later than 14 days before the start of the training and we will return any prepaid participation fees to the customers in full. We shall not be responsible for indirect costs incurred by participants for cancellation (e.g., airline tickets).
