Introduction

Aiko Suzuki is a Positive Organizational Development Consultant at SuccessPoint Co., Ltd., specializing in facilitation-based approaches to workplace transformation. With 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she joined SuccessPoint in 2019 and has since led numerous successful initiatives in cultural change and organizational development.

Aiko is a Master License Holder in Japan, and a committee member of the Tokyo branch of the Japan Facilitation Association (FAJ). She actively designs and delivers facilitation workshops, with expertise in Finnish facilitation methods, leadership development, and dialogue-driven practices.

She translated Pepe Nummi’s Handbook of Facilitative Leadership: Concrete Ways to Boost Performance into Japanese, making the principles of facilitative leadership more accessible to a wider audience.
