Learn the principles of effective group decision making, the key elements of group decision making and tools for creating deeper understanding and commitment.
Four (4) online Zoom training sessions
Part. 2
Learn from our online video course
(ONLINE)
Learn the basics of facilitation with our online video course. 30 videos of facilitation tools and methods.
One year access
Part. 3
Facilitate five or more workshops
(ONLINE COACHING)
Practice and facilitate five workshops. Join live coaching session every month and you can develop your workshop plans with the help of a trainer, or you may ask questions about facilitation in general.
Part. 4
Grape People
Certification Event
(ONLINE)
Interactive learning event. Plan and execute a workshops and receive feedback from both the other participant and the trainers.

Pepe Nummi
Pepe has worked as a facilitator since 1998 and served as the inaugural chairman of the Finnish Association of Facilitators. Pepe is the developer of the Idealogue method and is the author of The Handbook on Facilitation, The Handbook of Virtual Facilitation, and Beyond Brainstorming Idealogue. Over the course of his long career, he has trained over 15,000 people in more than 20 different countries.
